Resident Reviews
Don't just take our word for it—hear from our residents!
From the very beginning, Emma went above and beyond to make our move from more than 18 hours away smooth, supportive, and stress-free. When we arrived, the townhome and community exceeded our expectations. We feel incredibly lucky to live here, and this will be our home for the long term.
We have found our home. The townhomes are spacious, cozy, and well insulated, but the best part is the amazing management. Emma feels like an old friend and is the reason we chose Equinox over a less expensive property. We love it here. It feels good to be home.
We just moved in, and we love it. Emma helped us through the entire process of touring, applying, and moving in. There is plenty of space and storage, our girls love having their own rooms, and the community is both family-friendly and pet-friendly.
The community is very welcoming, and the staff responds quickly whenever something needs attention. Emma has been patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful as a first-time renter. Thank you for creating such a wonderful living environment for my family.
We had a super-easy move-in process, and Emma and Ty were kind and helpful every step of the way. When we had a small appliance issue, they made it right immediately. Our new home is gorgeous, with beautiful finishes, and you definitely will not regret living here.

The Housing Shortage Crisis
“The U.S. needs to build 4.3 million more apartments by 2035 to meet the demand for rental housing. This includes 600,000 total units to fill the shortage from underbuilding after the 2008 financial crisis.”
There is a Staggering Pool of Renters
High interest rates coupled with high home prices has made this the absolute worst time ever to buy a home, even worse than 2005 and 2006! As a result, the cost of ownership vs the cost of renting is completely out of whack, and has the widest gap on record:
Cost of Ownership vs Cost of Renting
While there are tens of millions of potential home owners, they simply cannot afford to own a home:
The monthly payment for a median price single-family home has soared the past 3 years
As a result, the income needed to own even a starter home was up a staggering amount
Even if home prices fall and mortgage rates drop in 2026, it will make sense for most people to continue renting, supporting multifamily demand for years.
